Q. What is included in the apartment rent?
A. The rent includes taxes, building expenses, electricity, gas, water, TV w/cables & DVD, Wireless Internet connection, music player and daily maid service (Monday-Friday). No further commissions are charged.
Q. What are the check in and check out times?
A. Move In after 12:00 PM Move out before 11:00 AM If you need to make special arrangements, we will do our best to accommodate you.

Q. Do I get my money back if I cancel the booking?
A. Yes you get your money back less a cancellation fee:
If cancellation is made from the date of reservation up to 8 days prior of your scheduled arrival, you will be charged 5 % of the total rental amount. If cancellation is made from 7th day until to the date of your scheduled arrival, you will be subjected to a charge of 10 % of the total rental amount. Cancellation is not accepted after scheduled arrival will not be accepted no refund will be made.

A. Yes. The building has 24-hour doorman service.
Q. Is there maid service?
A. Yes. Maid services are provided Mon-Fri at no extra cost.
Q. Should I clean the apartment prior to departure?

Q. How many people can stay in one apartment?
A. Maximum 3 people per apartment. The apartments are all one bedroom with a queen size bed (for 2 persons). In the living room there is a bed-sofa with possibility of 1 person to sleep.
