Terms & Conditions  

 

 

 1. Apartments Regulations

  • Apartments are smoke and animal free, therefore pets and smoking not allowed.
  • Loss of key will be at a cost of 45 USD.
  • Maximum capacity for one apartment is 3 persons (one queen size bed and one bed sofa)
  • Minimum stay is 3 nights.
  • SimplyChile is not responsible for any other service other than what is stated on our website.
  • SimplyChile is not responsible nor liable for any personal damages during your stay or services provided.
  • Client is obliged to respect the building rules.

2. Payment & Reservation 

  • Rates
    The rate of 65 US$ are per night (for 2 people). Additional guest is charged 15 US$ night. If rates are paid in Chilean pesos will be set according to the US$ of the day of payment. The rental rate is all-inclusive and covers: taxes, building expenses, electricity, gas, water, cable TV, Internet connection, daily maid service (Monday-Friday). No additional fees are charged.
  • Payment
    Only after you have found availability in one of the apartments you have to make a credit card payment (by any of the major credit cards companies, American Express, Visa, Master card, Diners), accepted through PayPal. PayPal is a safe and secure way of paying, insuring not to share your personal or financial information. At the time of reservation a deposit of 100% per person is required.
  • Booking
    When you have found availability through the “find an apartment box” and your selected dates are available, please make the payment and your booking will be completed. When we have received your payment we will process your reservation and you will receive the voucher & confirmation to your stated e-mail. If your selected dates are not available please try other dates or contact us.

3. Damages/Missing Objects

Upon your arrival the apartment is perfectly clean and in well-maintained state. If there will be any damages or things are missing the person who paid for the reservation will be asked to pay the damage (the cost will be today’s commercial value). If the person denies paying for damage legal process will be activated. Damages include ignoring regulations such as smoking or having animals in the apartments, or losing keys. Damages or missing objects are also related to the apartment itself and the things accessories in it.

The apartments are fully furnished and equipped with:

  • Color TV w/cable channels
  • DVD/CD player
  • Alarm clock
  • Hairdryer
  • Refrigerator
  • Microwave
  • Cookware
  • Dishware
  • Glassware
  • Linens & towels
  • Furniture

At your checkout date the condition of the apartment will be supervised. Upon your arrival you will sign a form stating the items and condition of the apartment.

4. Cancellation policy

  • Apartment rentals cancellations and claims for refunds must be received in writing to email: info@simplychile.com
  • If cancellation is made from the date of reservation up to 8 days prior of your scheduled arrival, you will be charged 5 % of the total rental amount.
  • If cancellation is made from 7th day until to the date of your scheduled arrival, you will be subjected to a charge of 10 % of the total rental amount.
  • Cancellation is not accepted after scheduled arrival will not be accepted no refund will be made and the request will not be handled.
  • In case of refund these will be processed with in 48 hrs to the credit card information stated to PayPal.
  • SimplyChile reserves the right to cancel a paid booking if the customer is not respecting the stated regulations.

5. Refunds

No refunds will be made for any change and/ or cancellation of service and/or accommodations made by the client during the stay in the apartments. No refund for any unused service, which resulted from an act or default of the client (obtain the necessary documents required to enter Chile or the clients loss of identification documents, tickets and/or vouchers etc).

6. Postpone & Extend Reservation dates

  • Apartment rentals modifications only received through email:
  • If you want to extend or postpone your booked arrival (hours/days) please inform us as soon as possible. Extension cannot be guaranteed, since it depends upon if there is availability. If we cannot offer a modification of your booking the rules of cancellation policy will be applied.
  • If the modification of your booking is possible, the additional payment for the extension will be paid through PayPal or directly to our bank account (contact us for further information), not later than the original date of move out before 10:00 am. No exceptions are made. The confirmation of the extension will not be confirmed until the payment has been made.

7. Move in & Move out

Move In after 12:00 pm Move out before 11:00 am. For any special requirements, please specify this in your request.

8. Clients responsibility towards SimplyChile

You are at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter this agreement and use this website in accordance with the terms and conditions. You agree to be financial responsible for all of your use of this website as well as for the use of your name and credit card account to pay for products and services purchased at this website. You also warrant that all information supplied by you or members of your household is true and accurate.

9. SimplyChile no dot any liability

  • SimplyChile act only as agents for the client making accommodation and transportation arrangements. We or the owners of the apartments do not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, theft, damage, death, loss, accident, delay, natural catastrophe or any irregular situation which may occasioned by uncontrollable reason or any supplier, ground operator, accommodation, carrier, company and/ or person representing any of the arrangements included.
  • We do not accept any responsibility for any expenses incurred by the client due to delay, changes in schedules or other causes. SimplyChile reserves the right to make changes in any itinerary in the event that it becomes necessary or to insure the safety, comfort or well being of the passenger.
